Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,
- In the case of a purchase contract: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
- In the case of a contract for several goods which the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
- In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
- In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
When several alternatives coincide, the latest point in time is decisive.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Manage returns
Here's how to send a return request:
- Log in to your customer account
- Enter your email address in the email field and click Next .
- Open the email sent by our shop in your email inbox and copy the six-digit confirmation code.
- Enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order for which you wish to send a return.
- Select the items you wish to return (if the order contains multiple items)
- Select a return reason and optionally add a note.
- Click on Request a return
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. You will receive your refund after we receive the returned item(s).
